How it Works

Steps for beginning your custom project:

  1. Consultation: Contact us with your custom furniture request by filling out this form. Be sure to include details about the type of piece you want and any specific features or requirements, as well as any pictures of the space where it will be featured, and if possible any inspirational photos or drawings. We are happy to also talk you through the design process if you are unsure of exactly what you want.

  2. Design: Our design coordinator will contact you within 48 hours to begin working with you to design the perfect piece based on your request. Whether you know exactly what you want or you need a little inspiration – we are here to help guide you through the process

  3. Deposit: A non-refundable $250 consultation will be required for us to come onsite, take measurements and provide renderings and a detailed estimate for you.  From there, we will provide a breakdown of the cost of goods and labor, along with the time it will take to complete the job.  We do not mark up wood or materials.  The consultation fee will be credited towards your final bill. Once you are ready to begin, 50% is due upfront and the remaining balance is due upon completion.

  4. Fabrication: Troy will carefully construct your custom piece using the highest quality materials and tools.

  5. Delivery & Installation: Within Los Angeles County, Delivery and installation is included. We will place the custom piece in your home to your specifications, ready to enjoy for years to come. Delivery outside of LA is available, however there will be an additional mileage and trucking fee. For out of state customers, including Hawaii, we can do everything via email and phone and have items shipped to you.  We do not charge anything additional (over what the carrier charges) to ship- but you will be required to pay for the carrier’s packing/crating fee and insurance.  You may also arrange your own pick up/shipping.
